Well, this is a bit different. It’s World Book Day<\/strong> and I’m at home. No school visits<\/a> <\/strong>today. It’s the first time this has happened since I published my first book, Hairy Fairy<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, <\/em>back in 2014. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All school visits are fun, but there’s something special about WBD!<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I love my school visits <\/strong>on World Book Day<\/strong>; the children have that special level of excitement that only a day out of school uniform, combined with a ‘special visitor’ in the classroom, can create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
