Draw with Milly! Perspective

Use a pencil to draw diagonal lines to join the corners of your paper
Draw a horizontal line across the paper, that goes through the cross made by the diagonal lines
Use the diagonal lines as a guide to draw a repeating image that gets smaller as it gets further away: trees, buildings and hills are good things to start with
You can draw more lines that go through the vanishing point (the cross made by the diagonal lines), like these bushes, this fence…
… and these road markings
You can add some details, if you like. I have added birds and hills and flowers
Rub out your guidelines. I went over my drawing first with a black pen, but you don’t have to. Why not colour yours in?

Here’s my final drawing:

Now it’s your turn to have a go!
